Hairy Dieter's Cassolet

Soooooo tasty! This is a great post workout meal as its full of good protein (three meats and beans) and nutritious veges. We didn't alter the recipe, except to use low fat sausages and used smaller cans of beans. We made a huge pot full so we could freeze the extra servings (still six servings and each one under 400 calories). Perfectly filling.
