Chicken & Mushroom Risotto

A regular dish in our household - Jamie Oliver's chicken and mushroom risotto. By using less rice (50g instead of 75g per person) one serving is just 400 calories - and that includes the Parmesan cheese on top.

I'll try to find a link to the recipe - although I'm sure it's easy to find online.

I use Weight Watchers wine - although, because the alcohol in the wine is cooked off, I don't count the usual calorie amount for that. We also have much less butter to start with (10g instead of suggested 50g!)
