Lunch box

Pastrami sandwich packed full with lettuce, cucumber and tomato. Topped with yummy low cal condiments. The pastrami is only 18 cals a slice - three slices makes for lots of flavour.

Some crisps on the side with yoghurt and blueberries for after.

With two slices of Weight Watchers bread (51 calories each) this comes in at less than 400 calories.

This sandwich was made with Kingsmill everyday bread (190 cals for two) so I had the blueberries and yoghurt as a 100 calorie morning snack because I like to eat more frequently with less.
