A few weeks ago I pulled together a new meal. I fried up some chicken with Harrissa and tomato paste. Served it with a baked potato and topped with low fat cheese. We also had a green salad on the side.
I had enough left overs to freeze for another time. I wasn't sure about freezing baked potato but it tastes great. Thawed out and then 2min on high in the microwave.
The serving provides 280 calories:
Baked potato 70g (67 cal)
Low fat cheese 12g (32 cal)
Chicken 150g (165 cal)
Tomato paste 10g (10 cal)
Harrissa paste 1/2 Tbs (6 cal)
